Our journey in John Day began several years ago when we crossed paths with then-city Manager Nick Green and were inspired to hear about all the innovation and growth happening in the city. Not only have we had the pleasure of experiencing the awe-inspiring scenery, and outdoor adventures first-hand, but we have also had the great privilege of spending significant time in the city, and getting to know its residents. From the break of dawn to the fading twilight, beneath a canopy of twinkling constellations, we have captured the essence of this town on camera. We have documented every aspect of what we saw in John Day, from the rugged footage of the wilderness to the joyous laughter of children playing by the John Day river.
